Ryan told Kaitlyn for their anniversary he was going to plan an Outer Banks trip to include their closest friends. After a great weekend, they all went to Jockey's Ridge to watch a final sunset. While taking photos, Kaitlyn turned around to find Ryan on one knee! Everyone celebrated the special moment together.

Cottage Rules
alcohol
Outside alcohol is allowed in the cottages but not at the Mill or at Fine Creek brewery. Alcohol must be consumed in the cottages or on the cottage porches. Walking around with open containers of alcohol is not allowed. This is in accordance with ABC license requirements.
Noise ordinance
Quiet hours are from 10pm–7am daily
all guests must follow cottage rules
Anyone in violation will either be asked to pay for damages, and/or leave the property.
no smoking
The cottages and grounds are nonsmoking – this includes vapes and cigars in addition to cigarettes. There are ashtrays on the cottage porches for guests. We ask that smoking remains on the porches and that cottage porch doors remain closed so that the smoke does not blow back into the cottages. If the smoke bothers other guests on the property, we ask that the smokers refrain from smoking.

The cottages have their own designated parking area. Guests are able to walk from the cottages to the ceremony and reception.
